Parente ‘Crema di Carciofi’ Artichoke Cream or Spread 190g

A cream of Italian artichokes from the Apulian region made to traditional recipes. A lovely item to have in your kitchen cupboard when you want to whip up an impromptu delicious meal or snack. A very versatile ingredient that can be used in many ways.

Firstly, the spread can be used straight out of the jar on fresh bread or bruschetta. Mix with ricotta for a quick ravioli filling or use as an ingredient in pasta sauce.

Artichokes 63%, olive oil 35%, garlic, salt, wine vinegar. Acidity regulator: citric acid, Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Minimum shelf life of 3 months unless indicated otherwise.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated. Use within 7 days of opening
