Returns Policy for Food Products

At our store, we prioritize quality and safety in all food and fresh product deliveries. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us before initiating a return.

Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of food products, items that have been opened or consumed are not eligible for return, except in cases of confirmed defects or damage during transit.

For faulty or damaged items, we may offer a refund or replacement after reviewing the provided information. In some cases, returning the product may be required.

Refund Process

Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. After shipment, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
